Where are you located?

We are at Twilight Plaza, Shop F3-09B, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi. You are welcome to visit during opening hours, or order for delivery.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We courier countrywide, and we deliver same-day within Nairobi. Message us with your location for the current rate.

Is skin lightening safe?

Gentle brightening ingredients such as vitamin C, niacinamide and alpha arbutin are safe for daily use — they help even the look of tone rather than bleaching the skin. Creams containing mercury or strong steroids are not safe and we do not stock them.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa or cash on collection. We confirm the price and delivery cost in your chat before anything is sent.

How long until I see results?

Hydration and glow improve within one to two weeks. Dark marks and uneven tone typically take eight to twelve weeks of consistent use with daily sunscreen. Anyone promising faster than that is not being honest with you.
