Everything on this website is general cosmetic information, not medical advice.Our product descriptions, skin concern guides and journal articles describe how products affect the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Cosmetic products work on the surface of the skin. If you have a persistent, painful, spreading or worsening skin problem, please see a doctor or dermatologist. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here.

Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed skin medication, or under a dermatologist's care, so that we can advise you appropriately — and check with your doctor if you are unsure.

Results vary

Skin is individual. Any timelines we mention are typical ranges based on how these ingredients generally behave, not guarantees. Results depend on your skin, your consistency, sun exposure, health and many other factors. We do not promise specific outcomes, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does.

Patch testing

Please patch test anything new: a small amount behind the ear or on the jawline for three consecutive days before applying it to your whole face. Stop using any product that causes persistent stinging, burning, itching, swelling or rash, and tell us.

Prices, stock and orders

Prices are not published on this website. They are quoted in conversation and are valid at the time of quoting. All orders are subject to availability. A quote is not a binding contract until we confirm your order and payment.

We reserve the right to decline an order — for example where a product would be unsuitable for your stated skin condition, or where we believe it may cause harm.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but formulations, packaging and ingredient lists occasionally change without notice from manufacturers. Always read the label on the product you actually receive. If what you receive does not match what was described, contact us and we will put it right.

The text, illustrations, logo and layout of this site belong to Liana Luxe Glow and may not be copied or reproduced commercially without permission. Photographs are used under their respective licences — see our image credits for details.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our enquiry buttons open WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. Once you leave this site, those platforms' own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or any other applicable Kenyan law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
